Shipping cost and prices

Shipping costs include packaging and delivery charges via Posti.
Domestic shipping costs:

• Posti Smartpost 7,90 €

International shipping costs:

• Europe 19,90 €

• Rest of the world 49.90 € (Shipping of goods to the United States is currently not available)

The shipping fee paid at the time of ordering covers only the initial shipment of the parcel. If the parcel is returned unclaimed, reshipment is possible subject to a new shipping fee. For unclaimed orders, we charge a 20 € return and handling fee.

Delivery and Processing Time

The standard delivery time for orders is 3–5 business days, except for personalized or custom-printed products, which have an approximate delivery time of 7 business days. If any ordered product cannot be delivered within the promised timeframe, we will contact you. We reserve the right not to dispatch products if the order information is incomplete. More information about Posti Smartpost parcel services is available at Posti.fi. Rallikauppa is not responsible for any delays or lost parcels caused by Posti.

Exchange and Return Policy

Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. You have the right to exchange or return your purchase within 14 days. Products being exchanged or returned must be unused. The right of exchange and return does not apply to printed or custom-made products, nor to underwear.
